Dear fellow golfers, volunteers and friends of the Michael/Bryan Golf family. We are once again delighted to invite you to the 16th Annual Michael/Bryan Golf Tournament.

Date: June 5th, 2014 Place: Station Creek G.C. www.stationcreek.clublink.ca Tee Time: 12:00 NOON SHOTGUN - Registration opens at 10:00. Lunch: 11:00 am till TEE Time. Lunch will be served Cost: $150.00 per Player includes Golf, Carts, Dinner and more.

Mail to Donna Anderson at - 43 Simms Dr. Ajax, Ontario L1T 3J9 Donna will be happy to accept payment by: Cheque, ( payable to Michael/Bryan OPEN) Visa, or Mastercard. Please include form of payment with attached Pre Registration Form. Pay by Player or by Team. NOTE: To ease the workload on the day of the tournament, we are asking all golfers to PRE REGISTER by May 16, 2014. Thanks for your understanding.

As always we are looking for your help with prizes and sponsors. There is nothing too big or too small for us; Jays, Leafs, Raps tickets, shirts, golf balls etc. If you have donated in the past we say thank you and hope that you can once again support this most worthy cause.
