Dear fellow golfers, volunteers and friends of the Michael/Bryan Golf family. We are once again delighted to invite you to the 16th Annual Michael/Bryan Golf Tournament.

Date:	June 5th, 2014
Place:	Station Creek G.C. 12657 Woodbine Ave. Gormley, ON www.stationcreek.clublink.ca
Tee Time:	12:00 NOON SHOTGUN - Registration opens at 10:00.
Lunch:	11:00 am till TEE Time, lunch will be served
Cost:	$150.00 per Player includes Golf, Carts, Dinner and more.

This year we have 3 ways you can pre register for the tournament.

Donna will be happy to accept payment by: Cheque, ( payable to Michael/Bryan OPEN) Visa, or Mastercard. Please include form of payment with attached Pre Registration Form. Pay by Player or by Team.

NOTE: To ease the workload on the day of the tournament, we are asking all golfers to PRE REGISTER by May 16, 2014. Thanks for your understanding.
